All photographic works created by Master Mimmo Cattarinich are protected under current copyright laws.

Please be advised that any photograph attributed to Mimmo Cattarinich and circulated nationally or internationally that is not accompanied by an official certification from the Archive, or does not bear an archive and series number, is not recognized as an authentic work by the Mimmo Cattarinich Archive and possesses no commercial, artistic, or collectable value.

The Archive does not recognize or authorize any reproduction, printing, publication, sale, or use of images lacking the aforementioned identification and certification requirements.

Pursuant to the Law of April 22, 1941, no. 633 on Copyright and subsequent amendments, as well as Art. 2575 of the Italian Civil Code, all rights regarding economic exploitation, reproduction, distribution, public communication, and commercial use of Master Mimmo Cattarinich’s photographic works are reserved.

It is expressly declared that the sole and exclusive owner of the copyright to the works of Maestro Mimmo Cattarinich is his son, Armando Cattarinich, in his capacity as heir and legal successor.

Any unauthorized use of the works, including reproduction, dissemination, commercialization, or publication without the prior written consent of the rights holder, constitutes a violation of the law and will be prosecuted in the appropriate civil and criminal courts.

The Mimmo Cattarinich Archive invites collectors, publishers, galleries, museums, and industry professionals to always verify the authenticity and provenance of the works through the Archive’s official channels.
